Before I begin explaining my theory, can we all agree that illegal immigration is a problem that most Americans (even liberals are against it, most of the time) disagree with? I voted for G.W. Bush for his second term because I was most certain that such a "conservative" President would do us all a favor and stop the 15 million illegal immigrants in our country, sneaking into our country at the rate of 3 million per year.
