I would like to request prayers for one of my dad's best employees and an all around great guy. Rick was helping a someone with their roof. When he got on the roof, he took two steps and fell backwards off of it. He crushed his heel, broke his leg and shattered a disc. My parents thought he would be ok, but received a call today from his mother. Rick is in critical condition because of the crushed disc. It sent bone chips into his spinal chord. This is very bad. He can move his toes now a bit, but...
