April 22 (UPI) -- More than 100 university students in Vietnam are accused of manipulating their test scores in order to gain admission to the country's top colleges, according to a South Korean press report. Television network KBS reported Monday from Vietnam public anger is rising following revelations 108 students used their elite connections to gain entry into top schools.
