Two men were captured in Philadelphia yesterday in connection with seven of the nine homicides in South Richmond last week. Ray Joseph Dandridge and his uncle, Ricky "Cooley" Gevon Gray, both 28, were charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the New Year's Day slayings of Bryan and Kathryn Harvey and their two young daughters, Stella and Ruby, and in Friday's slayings of Percyell Tucker, his wife, Mary Baskerville Tucker, and her daughter, Ashley Baskerville.
