Woke up this morning and it was rank. What causes that smell?

My fingers have smelled strange for a couple of days...kinda of a sickly sweet smell? Has anyone else experienced this?

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend by the name of Common Sense who has been with us for many years. I don't know about the rest of you, but I've had it up to my eyebrows with all the fake testimonials on TV ads. People claim to have lost 200 pounds in two weeks, made $5000 in a month, etc. All lies. I am very much against government regulation, but I think these people should be required to sign affidavits that they actually did what they claim to have done.

This evening, I went over and turned over my neighbor's picnic table. He will know that it was me who did that. He is a very mean man. Last morning, he snapped at me and my dog for walking across the alley from him while he was sitting at that table. We normally try to stay well away from him. But sometimes, a little revenge feels good. I didn't hurt anything, but it won't be all that easy for him to put things right again. It took a little effort to turn it over. Both hands.

Several of my recent threads / comments have related to a DUI arrest I recently had. I will not defend that.
