During the last quarter of 2024 we had to upgrade our merchant services account to a new provider. Our old provider did not require the security code on the card so we did not capture that information. However, our monthlies with our new provider will not run without the security code. This means all of our credit and debit card monthlies quit working. During the last several months we've had about half of our credit card monthlies sign up for a new monthly but we still have the other half to go.
If you have a debit or credit card monthly and you have not signed up in the last several months for a new monthly please do so now to get your monthly running again.

Also, anytime you receive a new debit or credit card in the mail to replace your old one please enter a new monthly with your new credit card information.
Thank you all very much and God bless you.
Note : PayPal monthlies are not affected by this.
Mine is good. Just checked and the charges showed up.
OK, great! Thank you very much.
Reinstated, and doubled my monthly as well.
Thank you very much, MissNomer! God bless.
Rejected two cards. Billing address wrong?
Call me at 3zero56hundred99one9.
Yes, I think it was the billing address or zip code. Sorry, our new merchant services account is more sensitive than the old one was. We’ve now temporarily disabled that check, so you can reenter your monthly tomorrow and it should go through.
But also if there’s more than about three or four entries in a row that get turned down from the same IP address, the system disables that IP address for a day (fyi).
Thanks.
Woo hoo!!
