TULARE, CALIFORNIA: Wyoming Republican Senator and Liz Cheney's GOP challenger Anthony Bouchard revealed on May 21 that he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18. During the Facebook Live on Friday, Bouchard admitted to getting her pregnant as a teenager and later marrying her. The girl happened to be Bouchard's first wife Frances Lynn Webb with whom he had a son, Tony Bouchard. Officials with Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama's campaign released Biden's Selective Service records at the request of The Associated Press.
