Police: Woman Says Husband Shot Accidentally After Sex
OVIEDO, Fla. -- The woman accused of shooting and killing her estranged husband and then stabbing herself told investigators the gun went off accidentally during sex, police said. According to the arrest report, Anita Smithey told police she and her husband had been separated for about three months, but still met every week. Smithey appeared before a Seminole County judge on Wednesday and was denied bond.
