Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) said Wednesday that Sarah Palin is qualified to be president. During an appearance on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" program, Romney was pressed on the 2008 vice presidential GOP nominee. Romney said, "She's energetic, enthusiastic and qualified for president."
