Today, President Obama signed his health care bill into law, using 20 separate pens to write his name. The last pen he used, reports Daniel Foster, will be given to Sister Carol Keehan, president and CEO of the Catholic Health Association.Sr. Keehan, as most of you know, was a staunch ally of the Democrat efforts to push through their health care reform.
