SAN FRANCISCO — Apple’s chief executive, Timothy D. Cook, may be the leader of the world’s most valuable public company, but lately he has had to act a lot like the tech industry’s top diplomat. Last month he visited the Oval Office to warn President Trump that tough talk on China could threaten Apple’s position in the country. Footage has emerged of Jules Bianchi's crash at the Japanese Grand Prix that left the Formula One star with a severe head injury and in a 'critical but stable condition'. Bianchi required surgery after his car spun off and hit a recovery vehicle towing away Adrian Sutil's stricken Sauber, and FIA spokesman Bonciani Matteo told media on Monday the situation was 'very serious but stable' before adding that it was 'more serious than stable'. Marussia issued a statement thanking fans for their support and asked for 'patience and understanding' after Bianchi's accident on Sunday.
