Baton Rouge Police on Friday (July 15) said they have arrested a fourth person, a 12-year-old boy, who they say was involved in a plot to kill police with handguns stolen from a city pawn shop. Police said they worked with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to to identify the boy.
