IRANA, Albania (AP) — Albania's main opposition Democratic Party made a criminal complaint against Prime Minister Edi Rama Monday, accusing him of illegally funneling $80,000 to U.S. President Barack Obama's re-election campaign in 2012 in return for a photograph of the two men together. JULY 21--Meet Patrick Tribett. The Ohio man was nabbed yesterday morning for "abusing harmful intoxicants" as he attempted to make a purchase at Bellaire's Dollar General Store. The 41-year-old Tribett, it seems, had been huffing spray paint and needed a refill. According to a Bellaire Police Department report, Tribett's pupils were constricted and he replied slowly to their questions. Oh, and "officers observed the paint on face and hands," as can be seen in the below mug shot. Peering into a hole that it dug, the Mars rover Opportunity has turned up new puzzles for scientists to ponder. Since landing Jan. 25, the Opportunity has been exploring the same small crater. One intriguing feature of that crater, in the middle of the vast plain Meridiani Planum, is the small pebbles, many almost perfectly round, scattered over the surface.
