An elderly Wendy's customer has died 10 days after being sucker punched in the head by an employee, who is now facing murder charges for the ordeal. Fast-food worker Antonine Kendrick, 35, confronted the 67-year-old man at the store, before punching and knocking him unconscious on July 26 at around 5pm. It's believed Kendrick launched the vicious physical attack the man when he complained about his meal order at Wendy's in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Kendrick has now been arrested and is facing second-degree murder charges after the man died in hospital, nearly two weeks after the bust up. Footage shows...

The Supreme Court on Monday sided 6-3 with a football coach who was fired for praying on the field after games, marking another win for religious liberty delivered by the conservative-leaning court. The case surrounds high school football coach Joseph Kennedy and Bremerton School District in the state of Washington. Kennedy, a devout Christian who began working at Bremerton High School in 2008, was fired from his role as varsity assistant coach and as the junior varsity head coach after he refused to quit praying on the 50 yard line in full view of the public following games. Kennedy asserted...

New York Times editorial board member Mara Gay joined MSNBC’s Brian Williams Thursday night to talk about Michael Bloomberg’s campaign spending, affirming a wildly inaccurate social media claim that Bloomberg could have instead given every American $1 million and had money leftover. Gay and Williams referenced a March 3 Tweet from journalist Mekita Rivas, which said, “Bloomberg spent $500 million on ads. The U.S. population is 327 million. He could have given each American $1 million and still have money left over. I feel like a $1 million check would be life-changing for most people. Yet he wasted it all...

Rather appeared horrified by Trump’s comment, struggling to explain his shock. “By any objective analysis, this is a new low and unprecedented in the history of American presidential politics,” he said. Rather challenged the media to hold Trump accountable for his words, urging them to do more to try to shame his supporters. “We will see whether major newscasts explain how grave and unprecedented this is and whether the headlines in tomorrow’s newspapers do it justice,” he said. “We will soon know whether anyone who has publicly supported Trump explains how they can continue to do.”
