The St. Louis Post Dispatch has been keeping tabs on Rep. Lacy Clay's (D-Mo.) impending divorce. Sadly, it was news - literally - to Clay's wife, Ivie. Yesterday the St. Louis Dispatch reported that the congressman had his divorced filings sealed. (This after a reporter asked to see the file.) And today, Ivie Clay released a stinging statement regarding her husband, whom she married in 1992 when he was a state senator.
