Iraqi police captured another of the 55 most wanted members of Iraq's former regime today in Baghdad. The police force's emergency response unit arrested Muhammad Zimam abd al- Razzaq al-Sadun, No. 41 on the Iraqi "Top 55" most wanted list, at about 2 p.m. local time (6 a.m. EST) in a home in Baghdad's Saydea district.
