    If you've watched many Texas Rangers' games on TV (or other local programming), you may have seen commercials for the Brown Hand Center, a chain of surgery clinics specializing in carpal tunnel injuries. There's one in Bedford, on the Airport Freeway near Forest Ridge Drive. The commercials feature Michael Brown, the bearded, smiling founder of the Houston-based company, sitting in a cozy office with his wife and children (or actors playing them).
