Electioneering at my polling loation

As I was voting at my polling location in the village of Saukville, Wisconsin I saw group of people had set up a booth seeking to recall my state senator Glen Grothman. Other than the fact that our senate district is always the most or second most conservative district in the state, I think this is a clear violation of electioneering laws.
