TEHRAN, Iran -- A month after Iran saw its first satellite blast off into space, the government in Tehran says it can be used to spy on Israel. The head of Iran's space agency claimed the primary mission for the Russian-made and Russian-launched satellite is to take pictures of Iran and monitor natural disasters, such as earthquakes.
