ANNAPOLIS -- Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. rejected calls to apologize for his remarks last week describing multiculturalism as "crap" and "bunk." Ehrlich defended his comments on talk radio as "common sense" and declined to apologize Tuesday.
