On June 27th, the House of Representatives passed a resolution by 416-3 to protest the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. The three no votes were cast by Democrats. Additionally, 11 other members voted "present" rather than support the pledge. All of them are Democrats.
