Omar married her biological brother, among a host of other Federal and state crimes. David Skaggs is the Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Office of Congressional Ethics. The investigation will look into potential crimes committed when Omar married her brother. The ethics complaints were filed by Judicial Watch.
