ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- The jury in the Zacharias Moussaoui trial today found that the Al Qaeda terrorist is eligible for the death penalty. The unanimous verdict, after four days of deliberation, means that a new phase of the trial — about whether Moussaoui should get the death penalty or life in prison — will now be scheduled.
