SNIPPET: "A buddy just sent me this link to RevolutionMuslim.com’s Abu Talha al-Amriki attempting to refute a report by West Point’s CTC in his recent essay, ”A Refutation Of The Claims Of West Point Saying That Al-Qa’ida Kills Mostly Muslims.” For background, RM is a pro-jihadist group of online guys – jihobbyists if you will – that used to be ‘e-mired’ (get it?) by Yousef al-Khattab. If you read my blog, you’ll know al-Khattab recently handed the reigns to Abdallah as-Sayf Jones. There are a number of other contributors to the site, including this “Abu Talha al-Amriki” (I guess his...

The conspiracy debunkers continue to argue that the feudal definition of ‘natural born subject’ is that of the ‘natural born citizen’. As I have shown, they argue that the term ‘native’ = ‘natural born’ regardless of the context in which it is being used when referring to persons holding dual allegiances. If foreign influences were not of consequence, then there would have been no need for the grandfather clause, ‘or a citizens at the time of the adoption of this Constitution’...

U.S. purposefully mismanaged by President Andy Stern ### The 2008 election was aimed, as Barack Obama said, "to fundamentally change America." The American people did not do their homework. They thought he believed in the original paradigm. They were intentionally misled, but this could have been prevented. Ask the leaders of the Democratic party who Saul Alinsky is and you will likely get obfuscation. They will tell you Barack Obama spent three years teaching Alinsky's philosophy and methods but he likely will not answer questions about Alinsky. Hillary Clinton wrote her college dissertation on Alinsky but you won't likely get...

Thanks to a concerned citizen, State Rep. Judy Burges’ bill appears to have been posted online as HB2441. The introduction to the bill shows that Rep. Burges is one of 11 House and Senate sponsors and includes 25 cosponsors for a total of 40 supporters of the bill: Despite the concerns of the opposition commenters attached to this posting, Rep. Burges’ thoughts on the basis for presidential eligibility qualification are truly hers and do not represent adding further qualifications to Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution; to wit: B. THE NATIONAL POLITICAL PARTY COMMITTEE FOR A CANDIDATE...

First, lack of snow is a symptom of global warming, and now record snowfall, which has paralyzed much of the northeast, is caused by global warming too? If it doesn't snow, it's global warming. If it snows, it's global warming. If it's hotter than normal, it's global warming, and if it's colder, it's global warming. I'm sorry, but you can't have it both ways. Temperatures and weather have always fluctuated in great degrees.

Debra Medina's surprising success in the Texas Republican primary for Governor seems to be driven more by anti-establishment sentiment than ideology. Among GOP voters who think Congressional Republicans are too liberal Rick Perry still leads with 41% to 34% for Medina and just 17% for Kay Bailey Hutchison. Medina certainly does better with those voters than she does with the overall electorate but it's not enough to put her ahead of the incumbent. Among GOP voters who just generally disapprove of Congressional Republicans though Medina goes into the lead with 37% to 32% for Perry and 22% for Hutchison. Those...

It’s been a while since we last visited the Bolivarian Workers Paradise of Venezuela, where “the pluck of a harp on the radio†means Big Brother Dear Leader Hugo Chavez is about to address the nation. However, in order to hear Hugo, one needs to have power for the radio, and that has become a big problem for Chavez. Despite having massive oil resources, Chavez has relied mainly on hydroelectric generation for the nation’s power — and now faces a critical shortage of electricity, thanks to a drought: President Hugo Chavez inaugurated a folksy new radio talk-show on Monday by...

A black that opposes the Obama agenda? If you view the mainstream media and read your daily news, such a thing does not seem possible? Fortunately, the good people of Project 21 and the National Center for Public Policy Research decided to do a little homework of their own and to size up the opinion of those black Americans we don't often hear about following the President's State of the Union address.

Ronald Reagan changed everything for me. He transformed a country stricken with "malaise" and "stagflation" and made us proud to be Americans again. He resurrected our prosperity by allowing people to keep more of their earnings and decreased the choke hold of government interference in our lives. He won the Cold War and defeated Communism, as Margaret Thatcher said, "without firing a shot".

While Secretary of Defense Robert Gates told the House Select Committee on Intelligence on Wednesday that a terrorist attack against the United States was imminent, on the other side of Capitol Hill, Senate Republican Minority Leader Mitch McConnell slammed President Barack Obama's national security policies. Speaking to a packed auditorium inside the Heritage Foundation, McConnell criticized what he called the Obama administration's "ready, fire, aim approach" to developing national security strategy. He reserved his sharpest attacks for Attorney General Eric Holder and the administration's dismantling of the CIA's enhanced interrogation program, saying that putting the nation's top lawyer in charge...

Two weeks ago, on the 65th anniversary of the horror of the holocaust, a recently discovered set of original blueprints, signed by Himmler himself, was donated to Yad Vashem. The location of their discovery was kept secret. The only forthcoming information was that they were ‘discovered in a apartment when a renovation was taking place’ in "east Germany.'" The owner's asking price for the blueprints was so high that the Federal Archive refused to purchase them. Bild bought the blueprints instead (here) and made a 'gift ' of them to Israel.

"Daughter of top CAIR official joined HAMAS caravan, met with HAMAS leaders with father's support and approval" SNIPPET: "In late December and early January, a convoy loaded with supplies, vehicles and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash under the banner of the group Viva Palestina, led by far-left UK politician George Galloway, wound its way through Europe, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, and Egypt to its final destination - the awaiting arms of the Hamas terrorlords of Gaza. Along the way, this convoy was met by a number of Hamas leaders, including several who have been designated as global terrorists by...

How Much is My Bachelor’s Really Worth? Bethany Stotts, February 4, 2010 Mary Pilon writes for the Wall Street Journal on February 2 that researchers are questioning whether college graduates actually gain $800,000 or $1 million in additional lifetime earnings over those with only a high school degree. “In recent years, the nonprofit College Board touted the difference in lifetime earnings of college grads over high-school graduates at $800,000, a widely circulated figure,” Pilon reports. “Other estimates topped $1 million.” “But now, as tuition continues to skyrocket and many seeking to change careers are heading back to school, some researchers...

SNIPPET: "Midway through the trial, two jurors were excused after they told the judge that a man in the visitor's gallery made a hand motion as if he were firing a gun at them and mouthed an obscenity. One of the jurors told the judge he was "really freaked out" by the incident and another said he could not remain impartial "anything anyone makes what I view as a death threat." The guilty verdict on all counts means that at sentencing the judge could order Siddiqui spend the rest of her life in a federal prison."

Lawyers defending the government-orchestrated deal by which Chrysler was purchased by Fiat and hundreds of dealers were thrown out of the network have raised President Barack Obama's eligibility for office as a possible issue in the dispute. In a footnote in their latest court filing, attorneys representing the old car company at the firm of Jones Day have cited a "scheme" purportedly on the part of the lawyers for the former Chrysler dealers – the plaintiffs in the case. "Although the debtors have no independent knowledge of these matters, the debtors have taken note of certain public statements connecting the...

There is that old adage, It isn't paranoia if they really are out to get you. And there certainly is a little of that in the CIA briefing exploits of Nancy Pelosi, but the truth is most of her embarrassment last spring was self-inflicted. The worst part of it all (for her) is that she probably still doesn't get it. But she will have an opportunity to get it now. The US District Court for the District of Columbia has Ordered the CIA to turn over all documents relating to congressional briefings on “enhanced interrogation techniques.”

VIDEO: President Obama has recently announced that there will be a budget freeze on a significant portion of the next 3 years worth of budgets. This video walks through what that budget freeze looks like and how much money is actually saved by implementing this policy.

I've heard and read a lot of conflicting information on the status of the unemployment extensions. One thing is for certain - it is an extremely confusing situation. Part of this is due to the ongoing uncertainty of unemployment extensions as legislation is currently pending in Congress, but part of it is that the system of tiers is complex and not well publicized or explained (at least in my experience). The Miami Herald had a nice explanatory item recently in response to a confused reader. Here's the situation regarding the unemployment extensions: "State/regular benefits (paid from the Unemployment Compensation Trust...

Over the past year, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) has been acting as the Presidents goons, attacking anti-Obamacare Protesters across the country. It was the SEIU who HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, reached out to when the administration needed "back up" for the town halls (H/T Michelle Malkin): From the SEIU Website: Conference Call with HHS Secretary Friday, August 7th, at 2:30pm EDT, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is hosting a call with health care activists and SEIU members to discuss what needs to happen in order to win health care reform, and to directly respond to accusations and distortions from...
