<p>NEW ORLEANS - An illegal immigrant who lied about his wife dying in the World Trade Center collapse so he could collect $100,000 in life insurance was sentenced to 15 months in prison.</p>
<p>Jihad Razzaq, 35, had asked U.S. District Judge Mary Ann Vial Lemmon on Wednesday only to deport him to Palestine. The judge also sentenced his friend, Halim Bouderbala, 31, to 13 months in federal prison for backing the fake claim.</p>
