President Barack Obama stated in Cairo, Egypt, June 4, 2009: “When the first Muslim American was recently elected to Congress, he took the oath to defend our Constitution using the … Holy Quran.” The dilemma is: How can one swear to defend something upon a book that promotes the opposite? The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion, yet the Quran states in Sura 4:89, “Those who reject Islam must be killed. If they turn back (from Islam), take hold of them and kill them wherever you find...

There were eras in human history whose great challenges lay in isolating chemical compounds, unlocking the structures of human genetic material and examining the hearts of dying stars. But the great challenge of our time is telling apart Muslim moderates and Muslim extremists. Fly to Tripoli International Airport, take the Airport Highway into Tripoli, drive along the coast through all those towns and cities you heard about on the radio when the announcers were excitedly describing battles between the brave Libyan rebels and the despicable forces of the despot; Homs, Misrata, Sirte. Drive through the night while hugging the Mediterranean...

"It is the only nation that believes it is in the right – in every way – while all others are wrong." Translation and Postface by Raymond Ibrahim As we know, the wonders of the world are seven; but there is an eighth "wonder -of-wonders" not counted among the seven: this is the "Muslim nation [umma]." I specifically did not say the "Islamic nation," for within this Muslim nation are wondrous matters not witnessed by any other nation since Allah Almighty created Adam. Here are some of these wonders: 1. It is the only nation that believes it is in...

JERUSALEM — Two thousand years after they were written and decades after they were found in desert caves, some of the world-famous Dead Sea Scrolls went online for the first time on Monday in a project launched by Israel's national museum and web giant Google. The appearance of five of the most important Dead Sea scrolls on the Internet is part of a broader attempt by the custodians of the celebrated manuscripts — who were once criticized for allowing them to be monopolized by small circles of scholars — to make them available to anyone with a computer. See msnbc.com's...

A 50-member Florida church has plans to burn the Qu'ran, the Muslim holy book, on September 11, 2010 because it believes that Islam is a demonic religion and they have the right as U.S. citizens to burn the Qu'ran as an expression of freedom of speech. In response, Muslims have already set fire to the American flag with a copy of the pastor's face attached to it. No one seems to be complaining about Muslims actually burning our nation's flag, yet numerous high-profile individuals (Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Angelina Jolie, the Pope) have instead spoken out against the book-burning event....

Life TV’s Father Zakaria Botros recently ran a show dedicated to answering the question, “Was Muhammad a messenger from God or Satan?” As usual with these shows, viewers were asked to call in and respond to this question, with poll results revealed at the end of the show. His co-host in this particular show was an ex-Muslim woman turned Christian, who, a few shows earlier, used to still wear a hijab, but not today---as Zakaria Botros put it, in English, her "new look." She said that such an offensive question—ascertaining the divine or demonic source of Muhammad’s prophethood—would have enraged...

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (AP) - The man on trial in the slaying of filmmaker Theo van Gogh admitted his guilt in court Tuesday, declaring he acted out of religious conviction and would do it again if given the chance. Mohammed Bouyeri also turned to Van Gogh's mother, Anneke, in court and told her: "I don't feel your pain." Bouyeri, 27, faces life imprisonment in the Nov. 2 killing of Van Gogh, who was found shot and stabbed. He has not mounted a defence. "I did it out of conviction," Bouyeri said. "If I ever get free, I would do it again."...

INTERVIEW Political Science professor at the Belgrade university, Dr. Miroljub Jevtic, says that the extremist Islamic indoctrination in Kosovo is the source of Albanian separatism and that the indoctrination has reached such levels that the Albanian Extremism Is Beyond Control in Kosovo17 years ago you wrote a scenario in which Islam causes wars in the Balkans and uses the acquired lands to make bases out of which to attack the West. What were the causing factors for such a conclusion? The conclusions were the outgrowth of my observations of the Islamic revolution in Iran in 1979. The names involved in...
