Police say a former city resident had sex with his daughters for nearly two decades in an effort to produce what he considered a pure bloodline. Prosecutors say six children were born as a result of the sexual assaults. The man, who had since moved to Brooklyn, N.Y., is charged with nine counts of sexual assault, 13 counts of aggravated sexual assault, as well as endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated criminal sexual contact, criminal sexual contact and lewdness.
