<p>Attorney General Mike Hatch wants to strip a controversial antitobacco group of its $202 million endowment and divide the money instead between the University of Minnesota and the state Department of Health.</p> <p>In a motion filed Friday in Ramsey County District Court, Hatch said the Minnesota Partnership for Action Against Tobacco (MPAAT) has failed to properly administer its endowment and has undermined public confidence.</p>
