Russia's New 'Conservative' Ideology To Counter Liberalism ...

The Study of Administration (1887), by Woodrow Wilson, sets the stage for the bureaucracies that would follow it a little over a dozen years after it's publication. Starting roughly in the 20th century, the progressive era saw the explosive growth of administrative agencies lacking any oversight whatsoever, a malady we suffer under to this day over 120 years later. Unique among all generations of Americans before them, the progressives hated the United States Constitution, and Administration was their answer once and for all to get around this pesky obstacle we have all come to know and love.

One of the most fascinating things I find about progressivism is how they create a problem, and then campaign against that problem all the while disclaiming any fault for its happening. So it is with the black heroes in early American history. But how did progressives accomplish it? How did they erase this? It's not that these heroes were unknowns. Who erased them? I've said this before and I'll say it here again. This idea that "Americans forget" is unwarranted, NOT when progressives are involved. A dean at San Diego State University has called out the “Right’s agenda” on Twitter, accusing conservatives of supporting racism and standing against equality.

It’s not a very cleverly hidden agenda when the Democrat Party fights against Cubans fleeing communism for entry into the US for safe harbor and a future. In understanding why progressivism and liberalism are not the same thing and even moreso, why progressivism hates liberalism, there are two inescapable facts: 1) During the progressive era, progressives were everywhere. 2) Today, progressives are everywhere. Recently I watched an interview of Glenn Loury, a black professor of economics from Brown University, done by Peter Robinson of the Hoover Institution. In it, he makes a remarkable statement quoting his friend Shelby Steele, himself a black English professor who now writes books commenting on current affairs.
