It’s not a very cleverly hidden agenda when the Democrat Party fights against Cubans fleeing communism for entry into the US for safe harbor and a future. Simultaneously, that same Democrat Party supports illegal immigration from countries throughout North and South America as they safely cross the open southern US border. This recurring specter of communism strategically hides, so even those that practice it won’t call it by name.

He is trying to use a thugocracy/pure democracy because he is frustrated by our constitutional republic.

1. It allows an oligarchy of narcissists to ‘be special’ while characterizing themselves as the saviors of all the little people.
2. It allows the envious and the lazy to take from those who work harder than them.
Charity, on the other hand, allows humanity to be what humanity should be; giving, and thankful, and provides for those who are truly deserving and in need.
The left doesn't like the concept of charity, because it cuts the narcissists out (ie they aren't needed), and it requires the envious and lazy to be thankful and to work towards being self-sufficient.

Socialism fails because it ignores human nature.
It fails to reward innovation and hard work.
It fails to pushing poor work.
It disallows competition.
Once people realize that it’s delivering a lower standard of living, and their advancement opportunities are limited, then the socialist government must resort to totalitarian tactics to avoid being overthrown. Thus socialism becomes a doorway to communist and totalitarian governments.
