Florida police have arrested an ex-convict at a rock festival wearing a stolen bright orange prison uniform. The 25-year-old from Lakeland allegedly stole the uniform when he was released in January. Pasco County officers say he should have been at home under a curfew when they arrested him at the Livestock festival. Sheriff's detective Mark Morrison became suspicions when he saw: 'Polk County Jail' written on the man's shirt and trousers. The suspect told officers he was in a Halloween costume.
