I analyzed this video in three ways. First I examined the video itself to determine what was happening and where. Second I wanted to determine what was being said to see if I could determine if there was any clear evidence of pre-planning or coordination. This prima facie evidence was available to our government on September 12th, Benghazi time and September 11th, U.S. EDT.
