Just got home from the local Ted Cruz rally. The event was sold out and I lost count of how many standing ovations there were. We had really good seats close to the front just right of center stage. Cruz was on message and I must say he is even more impressive in person than on T.V. I was interviewed by the local T.V. station WBBJ T.V. I am waiting on the 10 o'clock news. I'm sure there were many people interviewed, so I don't know if I will actually be on the newscast, but the whole evening was a...

President Barack Obama and those closest to him are "doing everything they can" to encourage Vice President Joe Biden to challenge Hillary Clinton for the Democratic presidential nomination, former New York Times Magazine editor-in-chief Edward Klein tells Newsmax TV. In a panel discussion Tuesday on "Newsmax Prime" with host J.D. Hayworth and Miranda Khan, the author of "Blood Feud: The Clintons vs. The Obamas," said the push is coming from the president, First Lady Michelle Obama and Obama's senior advisor, Valerie Jarrett. "[They] are doing everything they can at this point to encourage Joe Biden to throw in his hat,"...
  • Trump Fans Should Pay Attention to and Prepare for What’s Coming Because it’s Going to Get VERY Ugly

I consider myself more an activist than a politico. That said, I’ve worked on campaigns and have a good understanding of what makes them tick. I’ve worked on city level races, county races, federal house races, a senate and a Gubernatorial race. Some things are always unpredictable. But others are always predictable. Inevitably, there are candidates whose fans/followers believe that through sheer will their candidate can and will win.  I watched this happen with Sharon Angle in Nevada, Christine O’Donnell in Delaware and Doug Hoffman in New York. There are many, many other examples of it over just the past six...

South Carolina Senator and candidate for the Republican nomination for President Lindsey Graham addressed a crowd of about a hundred people in West Des Moines today. Graham is travelling the country arguing for a "no" vote in Congress for the Obama Administration’s nuclear agreement with Iran. Flanked by a banner proclaiming “No Nukes for Iran,” Graham says the agreement will promote terrorism in the Middle East. He presents himself as the strongest security hawk in the race. And he vows to fight radical Islam with more U.S. ground troops overseas.

CHICAGO — He fell short in the race for mayor, but now Willie Wilson has his sights set on an even higher office. He’s running for President. The wealthy Chicago businessman made the announcement this morning. He joins former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Sen. Bernie Sanders, and former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley in the race to be the Democratic presidential nominee. “I am a Democrat, but I’m not too keen on the party lately,” said Wilson. “Make no mistake. I’m running for the anti-tax Democrat. I am against putting more taxes on hard working people who are doing all...

“It’s time” for Hillary, and who can disagree? It doesn’t matter that no one who isn’t being paid to say it sincerely believes she can lead the country. She is precisely what the American system is designed to produce. Mencken said of American government: “All the odds are on the man who is, intrinsically, the most devious and mediocre—the man who can most adeptly disperse the notion that his mind is a virtual vacuum. The Presidency tends, year by year, to go to such men. As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of...
