Initiate additional classes at the schools imposing court ordered parenting classes to be attended at their schools concurrently with their kids’ classroom schedule or government-paid childcare. In addition to remedial classes, also require public service as school custodial, groundskeeping, school cafeteria labor. Compliant parents could “earn” trustee status to be assigned as teacher’s aide in the classroom, detention monitors, playground monitors, crosswalk guards, etc. All the jobs not currently funded in failing schools.
