I stand by my prediction of Republicans picking up 11 seats in the Senate. The most recent generic survey results should make Democrats queasy. The path of generic number charts are eerily like they were in 2010 and 2014 which is very bad news for the Democrats. Gov. Scott Walker (R-Wis.) is trailing Democratic challenger Tony Evers by 13 points in the upcoming Wisconsin gubernatorial race, according to a new poll released Thursday. Of the registered voters surveyed in the NBC News/Marist poll, 41 percent backed Walker in the race, compared to the 54 percent who supported Evers. San Francisco's Department of Elections last week made the move to start allowing non-U.S. citizens to vote in the city's school board elections, sparking a national debate.
