Two Colorado congressional members have introduced a resolution designed to improve and create more public shooting ranges for gun owners and sportsmen. U.S. Rep. Betsy Markey, D-Colo., and Rep. Mike Coffman, R-Colo., have introduced the Target Practice and Marksmanship Training Support Act with co-sponsor Rep. Walt Minnick, D-Idaho.
