Alan Dershowitz might not be able to get his pierogi fix among the woke on Martha’s Vineyard, but a Florida peddler of the doughy delights is offering more than enough for the ex-Trump lawyer to fill his belly. South Florida-based Peter Nowocien, owner of PierogiOne restaurant, told The Post that no one should ever be denied the Polish comfort food staple — and pledged to send Dershowitz and his family free pierogi for life. “Pierogi should bring people together — not divide them,” said Nowocien, a Polish immigrant who moved to the US six years ago. ... AUSTIN, Texas - A former cybersecurity professional, who goes by the name "Pierogi" is terrorizing scammers. Matt Millen got into hot water for sticking his foot in his mouth while he was president of the Detroit Lions, and his internal sensor doesn't seem to have been honed much now that he's a television analyst. In an exchange with Ron Jaworski during ESPN's television coverage of the NFL Draft today, Millen called the former Eagles quarterback a "Polack." Obviously moving to head off any potential backlash from the remark, ESPN quickly put Millen back in front of the camera following the next commercial break. Millen, sitting on a solitary stool and looking contrite, apologized for the remark...

POINT PLACE, Ohio — If a grilled-cheese sandwich that looks like the Virgin Mary can bring 28-thousand dollars on E-bay — what about a pierogi (search) with the face of Jesus (search)? An Ohio woman hopes to find out. Donna Lee says the image appeared in a pierogi — a Polish dumpling — as she was cooking it for Easter dinner at her home near Toledo. She says she's kept it in her freezer ever since. She and her husband have now posted the item on E-bay, with a starting price of 500 dollars. So far, there are no bidders.

Remembering Poland One Year Later…. By William Grodnick, stationed at Camp Babylon, Iraq As a New York City police officer, and the Manhattan trustee of the NYPD’s Pulaski Association, I joined six of my colleagues in going to Poland last year as guests of the Polish government. I have often heard of the natural beauty of Poland, but to see it firsthand - words cannot describe its immense beauty! From the great city of Warsaw, with its old square, to the ancient city of Krakow with its cathedral, to Zakopane with its majestic snow - capped mountains! There's so much...

Dear Lord, There's a young man far from home, called to serve his nation in time of war; sent to defend our freedom on some distant foreign shore. We pray You keep him safe, we pray You keep him strong, we pray You send him safely home ... for he's been away so long. There's a young woman far from home, serving her nation with pride. Her step is strong, her step is sure, there is courage in every stride. We pray You keep her safe, we pray You keep her strong, we pray You send her safely home...
