A newly leaked phone call between Arizona’s Democratic statewide officeholders reveals how they scrambled to find a narrative before announcing a statewide error that validated the citizenship of nearly 100,000 voters. “It’s going to validate all of their theories about illegal voting in our elections,” said Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs on the call obtained by the Washington Post. “They’re going to be calling for new 2020 and ’22 elections as well,” Hobbs worried, referencing her own election that she rigged and stole from Kari Lake last midterm cycle. Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes admitted that “all of these elections are...

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump spoke on the phone with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday and discussed the Gaza ceasefire and hostage release deal, Axios reported, citing two US sources. One source told Axios that Trump's call was intended to encourage Netanyahu to take the deal but stressed he did not know if this was indeed what the former president told Netanyahu. The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Late last month, Netanyahu visited the US and met President Joe Biden, Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris and Republican former President Trump.

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is being accused of illegally recording a phone call between her and one of the defense lawyers involved in her sprawling racketeering indictment of former President Donald Trump. Christopher Kachouroff, who is representing Trump co-defendant Harrison Floyd, is alleging Willis recorded a phone call between her and one of Kachouroff’s Maryland-based colleagues without his knowledge. That would be a violation of Maryland’s Wiretap Act, under which recording a private conversation without consent from both parties is punishable by up to five years in prison, a fine of up...

House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) appears to have misrepresented impeachment evidence that was used during the House Democrats’ impeachment investigation, according to a report from Tuesday evening. According to documents obtained by Politico, text messages between Lev Parnas and Rudy Giuliani were "mischaracterized" by Schiff in a letter sent to House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler last week. "In one section of the letter, Schiff claims that Parnas 'continued to try to arrange a meeting with President Zelensky,' citing a specific text message exchange where Parnas tells Giuliani: 'trying to get us mr Z.' The remainder of the exchange —...

Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes attempted to contact former President Trump on Jan. 6 just hours after the group forced their way into the Capitol, pleading that he ask them to continue to interrupt the peaceful transfer of power. The disclosure comes as a third member of the group struck a plea deal with the Department of Justice, with William Todd Wilson of Newton Grove, N.C., pleading guilty to seditious conspiracy for his role in the riot alongside other members of the far-right militia group. According to Wilson, Rhodes called an unidentified individual on speakerphone shortly after they left the...

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Europe braced for further confrontation Wednesday and Ukraine urged its citizens to leave Russia after tensions escalated dramatically when Russia’s leader got the OK to use military force outside his country and the West responded with a raft of sanctions. Hopes for a diplomatic way out of a new, potentially devastating war appeared all but sunk as the U.S. and key European allies accused Moscow on Tuesday of crossing a red line in rolling over Ukraine’s border into separatist regions — with several calling it an invasion. The top U.S. diplomat canceled a meeting with his...

...Writing in the Washington Examiner, Becket Adams makes the great point that this is more than just an indictment of the Washington Post, it is indeed an indictment of the media. That’s not because they ran with a bogus story they failed to verify – but rather because they ran with a bogus story that they claimed to have verified. NBC News reported it “confirmed The Post’s characterization of the Dec. 23 call through a source familiar with the conversation.” USA Today claimed a “Georgia official speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal matters confirmed the details of...

The Abraham Accords, brokered by the Trump administration, were a serious greatest diplomatic achievement by the United States. Four formerly hostile Arab nations established diplomatic relations with Israel, recognizing its right to exist and opening trade and tourism. If Donald Trump were a Democrat, that would probably earn him a Nobel Peace Prize. Compare and contrast with Barack Obama, who was nominated for the Prize within 11 days of taking office, and ultimately won it for . . . what, exactly? Does anyone recall CNN glorifying President Trump and his administration over the stunning success of the Abraham Accords? Or...

“I don’t know about that… I don’t have it in front of me… we’re looking into that…”These weren’t the vague, non-committal words of the President of the United States on the phone call leaked by theWashington Post newspaper – which has recently taken millions of dollars from the Chinese Communist Party – this Sunday. They were the statements of the establishment Republicans on the call: Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Ryan Germany, and Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs on the January 2nd call.Despite the partisan framing from the Washington Post – that the call somehow reflected Trump making demands...

President Donald Trump has filed two lawsuits - federal and state - against GaSecofState. The telephone conference call GaSecofState secretly recorded was a “confidential settlement discussion” of that litigation, which is still pending. The audio published by @TheWashingtonPost is heavily edited and omits the stipulation that all discussions were for the purpose of settling litigation and confidential under federal and state law.
