Why would Assange want to stop the release of unredacted documents?

I do not understand the title.
How hard is it to write a simple, descriptive title?

Documents? We don’t need no stinkin’ documents!
You may expect Julian to be more concerned with extradition.
There will be a decision on extradition by Jan. 4th.

This is interesting it appears he was working with the fed-gov the entire time. I guess he was a white hat after all. Probably why the deep state is still after him.

If he does, he will release one paragraph at a time and it won’t be noticed.

So Wikileaks was telling the state dept lawyer that the material they had [and supposedly were redacting for security concerns] was leaked by a rogue employee [oopsie!] and that they couldn’t stop it.
Sounds less like a warning than from Wikileaks and more like Wikileaks was simply trying to cover its ass for releasing harmful material by creating plausible deniability, feeding their alibi directly to the state dept legal team.

This recording was from August 26, 2011. Assange talked to Cliff Johnson, a State Department attorney, to tell him that a former employee at Wikileaks had the entire, unredacted collection of State Department documents and had posted and encrypted version of them.
See, a little summary wasn't that hard.

Supposedly he wanted Wikileaks to be perceived as a ‘responsible’ media source rather than a hostile foreign enterprise.

If not pardoned and Biden admin takes over, his well being will be in greater jeopardy.

This was a call from 2011. It’s actually a returned call to Assange. The call is less than 5 minutes I would estimate. Worth while listen.

From the State Dept. I forgot to add that. 8>)

Pam Anderson is concerned about ongoing exposures.

See, a little summary wasn't that hard. I was rushing to post and believed the headline would give enough information for people to decide if they wanted to listen to the full audio.
I'm sorry. I'll try to do better next time.

I've been put in Twitter jail so I can't hear sheite. They are telling me I need to give Google my phone number and they will collect browser info and device info and do a Captcha quiz.
What does Google have to do with Twitter?
