Well, I found I had enough time to make it down for a counter rally. There wasn't many of us there, but they didn't mess with us anyway. A rally was held this morning at Dupont Circle by some of the anti-capitalist protesters inundating DC today. After the rally, the group began walking peacefully on Connecticut Avenue toward Farragut Square at 18th and K Streets, N.W. When the group reached the block between L and K Streets, they stopped. I drove by the Capitol early and parked my assault SUV at the MCRGO building and went back to my place. I took my signs and met a few of the other MSU GOP and Young Americans for freedom members there. One of them had a giant US Flag and another had a flag with "DON'T TREAD ON ME" on it.
