The same idiots who didn't lift a finger to evacuate the city – people like Mayor Ray Nagin, whose legacy will always be that photograph of an armada of school buses submerged in the big muddy. Joining him are Sen. Barack Obama, former Sen. John Edwards and Sen. Hillary Clinton – all of whom don't see any reason to limit the spending on rebuilding the underwater city.
