LONDON, Ohio -- Police said they arrested a man this week on public indecency and parole violation charges after he allegedly tried to lure girls, including an 11-year-old, inside a Wal-Mart store. "I walked around the corner and there was this guy standing there, looking at me, and the next thing I know he exposed himself," said the girl.
