Parents: Grapevine teen bound, shocked 01:42 PM CDT on Monday, March 19, 2007 WFAA.com Staff GRAPEVINE — Grapevine police are investigating reports that a 13-year-old girl was assaulted at the home of a friend in the 4100 block of Harvest Glen Court. Police said the parents of the alleged victim called them on Saturday evening to report the assault, which include statements that the girl had been bound with duct tape and shocked with a hand-held Tazer gun.
