Another day, another leak to the Washington Post. A Trump employee told the FBI they moved boxes of documents at Mar-a-Lago on the former president’s orders, according to the Washington Post. Apparently only Trump isn’t allowed to take possession of his own presidential records. Barack Obama was never harassed or accused of violating the Espionage Act for storing highly classified documents at a warehouse. According to The Post, the claim from Trump’s worker is corroborated by security footage. Trump’s worker was told to move the boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents. According to...

An FBI whistleblower recently came forward and issued warnings about alleged politicization at the FBI, saying that the bureau is spying on law-abiding Americans and that many of its domestic counterterrorism cases are tantamount to “entrapment.”Kyle Seraphin, who has spent six years in the FBI, was suspended without pay and cannot seek another job without quitting or asking for permission. It’s not clear when he was suspended, but he said that he had run-ins with his managers about his refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine although he was granted a religious exemption.“The number of guys who say, ‘I don’t agree...

The National Records and Archive Administration's acting archivist, Debra Steidel Wall, said in a letter to Congress Thursday that her agency would not share any information with them regarding the Department of Justice probe into documents seized by the FBI from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida."I apologize if my response may not have been clear and thus caused confusion. My letter was not intended to deny the existence of such responsive documents or communications to Congress," Steidel Wall wrote to House Committee on Oversight and Reform ranking member Rep. James Comer, R-Ky. "Rather, its intent...

A bogus motion claiming to be from the U.S. Treasury appeared in the court docket for the Justice Department’s investigation of records seized from Mar-a-Lago. The motion was riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. The bogus document claimed the Treasury had sensitive documents related to the FBI’s raid on Trump’s Florida home and told CNN to keep “leaked tax records.” The bogus document claimed the Treasury had sensitive documents related to the FBI’s raid on Trump’s Florida home and told CNN to keep “leaked tax records.”“The U.S. Department of Treasury through the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Marshals...

n FBI agent whose identity was withheld in the document’s release on Friday claimed that earlier this year, they “observed markings reflecting the following compliments/dissemination controls: HCS (Human Intelligence Control Systems), FISA, ORCON (originator controlled), NOFORN (not for release to foreign nationals), and SI (special intelligence)”. Meanwhile, according to The Epoch Times, former White House adviser Kash Patel told the Wall Street Journal in mid-August that he thinks some of the FBI’s papers were relevant to the Russia probe. That means other people might be implicated by the information. Patel described the raid as politically motivated. “It had to do...

A federal judge on Tuesday unsealed additional portions of an FBI affidavit laying out the basis for a search of former US President Donald Trump’s Florida home, The Associated Press reported. The latest portion that was unsealed shows that agents earlier obtained a hard drive after issuing a subpoena for surveillance footage recorded inside Mar-a-Lago. A heavily redacted version of the affidavit was made public last month, but the Justice Department requested permission to show more of it after lawyers for Trump revealed the existence of a June grand jury subpoena that sought video footage from cameras in the vicinity...

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that the Department of Justice had “no choice” but to raid former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate to recover classified documents. Guest-host Terry Moran asked, “You mentioned the former President, Donald Trump. Let’s talk about the search of Mar-a-Lago and the legal battle that’s come out. Chris, call on your experience on that. The judge in this case, or in the case that the Trump team brought has appointed a special master to look over all of the material seized out of Mar-a-Lago. The Justice Department is appealing....

Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” that former President Donald Trump will be indicted for crimes related to the mishandling of classified documents soon. Cohen said, “I do think there’s going to be an indictment and relatively soon. I believe there will also be congressional hearings with Donald in the hot seat where, you know, either he’ll come in willingly, which I don’t think he will or via subpoena. I mean, the real questions that they have to be asking right now is, you know, where are the documents that were in the empty top...

Funny thing: Former President Donald Trump was hoarding classified documents so dear that only cabinet members could read them. We apparently know this because … Department of Justice employees leaked that information to the Washington Post. It’s impossible to take seriously the lecturing on how incredibly dangerous and unprecedented the Mar-a-Lago stash is when its details are given out anonymously to select members of the press. Not that we shouldn’t know what Trump had — to the contrary. Attorney General Merrick Garland should make it clear that he won’t tolerate media leaks, and anyone at Justice or elsewhere in government...

Former Attorney General Bill Barr said Wednesday on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom” that the fact that the FBI found former President Donald Trump’s passports with classified documents during the raid at Mar-a-Lago is evidence that “ties Trump to those documents.”Barr said, “You don’t go into someone’s house and look document by document. You take what you think will be responsive, and then you sort it out through a taint team. No one disputes that goes back, OK? The classified stuff are government documents, and they go to the government. There is no scenario legally under which the president gets to keep...

A bombshell Washington Post report reveals that FBI agents who searched former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate last month found a document describing a foreign government's military defenses, including its nuclear capabilities. The report did not identify the foreign government named in the document. The Post's report highlights the concerns of U.S. intelligence officials about classified material that Trump kept in the home. "I think it's such a sensitive area that there are categories and subcategories of that kind of information. Some of it is essentially Department of Defense information that falls under the classified system of law. And obviously,...

A criminal probe "requested by the incumbent president." The seizure of clothing, medical records, tax records and 500 pages of attorney-client privileged documents not covered by a warrant. The sharing of privileged documents with investigators. More than simply appointing a special master to referee an evidence dispute, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon exposed this week a Justice Department search of former President Donald Trump's home that was initiated by his chief Democrat rival, that was carried out so sloppily that it violated the "least intrusive" mandate in the FBI agent's manual, and that failed to keep legally-protected materials from falling...

A ray of light has burst forth from the chambers of U.S. District Court Judge Aileen M. Cannon making a Trump indictment very unlikely. At last, we find a jurist with a real world understanding of the stakes involved and the meaning for the country of a possible criminal proceeding against the former president. Until Judge Cannon’s ruling granting Trump’s lawyers’ request for the appointment of a special master to review the documents seized in the Mar-a-Lago raid, I felt that the case was in the grip of bureaucrats who had no understanding, or even any interest, in bringing any...

Joe Biden has made his obsession with President Trump known, most recently through his hellishly lit Mussolini-meltdown speech at Independence Hall in Philadelphia last week, manically painting Trump and all his voters as "threats to the republic."He may be doddering and insentient, but he still burns bright against his potential opponent in the 2024 presidential race, which even Democrats don't want him to get involved with. On Trump, Biden's as obsessed with Trump as Stalin was with Trotsky. So it comes to light that not only has Biden tried to smear Trump as a danger to democracy and "threat to the...

I am really enjoying the frothing of the mouths of liberals today on Twitter. They are losing their minds over the Special Master rulingU.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen M. Cannon ordered that the special master be appointed to "review the seized property, manage assertions of privilege and make recommendations thereon, and evaluate claims for return of property." They have let loose a torrent of outrage: I expressed no opinion about whether the District Court judge would deny the Special Master request because I knew who she was. However, I now express my opinion that...

A federal judge on Monday granted former President Donald Trump’s request that a special master review items the FBI seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and also halted the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) use of the items for “investigative purposes.”U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump-appointed judge, ruled that a special master will be appointed to review the seized items to determine if any are personal items or items subject to claims of attorney-client privilege or executive privilege.Cannon also ruled that the DOJ must suspend its use of Trump’s items for “investigative purposes” while the special master conducts its review, but...

Page #2 and Page #3 of Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling cites a quote from the DOJ own legal filing, dated May 10th, that Joe Biden ordered the National Archives and Records Administration to provide access to the FBI to review the Trump records.

September 2nd, 2022 On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, why did former AG Bill Barr stay with the Trump Administration as long as he did if Trump was as bad as he said he was? Barr erroneously assumes that the appointment of a Special Master for the FBI raid is a red herring when the issue at hand is the protection of privilege or one’s fourth amendment right. If privilege simply didn’t matter then it wouldn’t be part of the Presidential Records Act.

VIDEOWhen U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon ruled in favor of appointing a Special Master for the documents seized during the FBI raid upon President Donald Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago, the prospect of a loooooooong delay in the politically motivated case sent much of the mainstream media into an HILARIOUS tailspin. Here are but a few examples of their highly amusing whining.

Judge Cannon also ‘temporarily enjoins’ or forbids the Biden regime from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review. This decision by the Florida judge enraged the lawless left who is accustomed to running roughshod over the US Constitution in their ongoing attempts to destroy President Donald Trump. Andrew Weissman, the former Justice official who ran the Mueller special counsel and is now a contributor on the fake news channels, suffered a meltdown following the decision. Sal Greco, a politically persecuted and fired NYPD officer, responded to Weissman’s temper tantrum. Via Sal Greco. After violating the...
