    PADUCAH - A Paducah man is dead, following a police pursuit and deputy-involved shooting Wednesday morning in McCracken County. McCracken County Sheriff Matt Carter says deputies responded shortly after 8:30 a.m. to a complaint of a stolen vehicle, after the owner discovered it had been stolen sometime overnight. Carter says that during the investigation detectives learned the vehicle was equipped with OnStar, which enabled them to pinpoint its location. A Brookport man is in custody for allegedly killing an ex-girlfriend and her teenage son.     As Kathleen Fox with The Paducah Sun reported, an art teacher at a Kentucky High School set up an exhibit where students were supposed to stand on an American flag while they wrote how they felt about it. Art teacher Shand Stamper at McCracken High School in Paducah set a music stand with paper to write on on top of the flag so that students could contemplate their feelings and then note them.
