Deputies arrested a 28-year-old woman April 18 after dispatchers got a frantic 911 call from a man who said he was in his SUV on northbound I-95, and his girlfriend was attacking his genitalia. An African American teenager in Richmond, Calif., is suing the city after he says police violated his civil rights when they Tasered his scrotum. According to Andre Little, the incident occurred at train station when a Richmond police officer approached him and asked if he was associated with a group of teens who were “previously detained for questioning.” Little claims he told Officer Kristopher Tong that he wasn’t part of the group. LEHIGH ACRES, FL - A 23-year-old man was taken to the hospital with multiple burn wounds after he accidentally shot himself in the genitals with a flare gun, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office. Deputies responded to a home in Lehigh Acres Sunday in reference to a medical assistance call.
