COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Joe the Plumber isn't Joe the Congressman. Samuel "Joe" Wurzelbacher (WUR'-zuhl-bahk-kur) lost his bid Tuesday for a U.S. House seat in northern Ohio. Veteran Democrat Marcy Kaptur beat the Republican in his first attempt to win public office.
