Former President Bill Clinton kept President Obama waiting on Air Force One in Israel Friday as they prepared to return to the U.S. A seemingly exasperated Mr. Obama stood in the doorway of the presidential plane and called to Mr. Clinton, who was schmoozing on the tarmac, to climb aboard. “Bill!
