Traffic on the west side of Los Angeles is expected to be snarled on Tuesday morning as President Obama's motorcade returns to LAX. Obama's heading to Seattle after attending a fundraiser in Hancock Park Monday night. He reminded donors about his successes in the midst of criticism from both ends of the political spectrum.
