Authorities arrested an editor for youth-focused publisher Weekly Reader Corp. on charges Noel Neff tried to meet a minor for sex at a Franklin, Mass., mall.The 42-year-old Norwalk, Conn., man was being held in federal custody in Boston on charges he tried to solicit sex with minors using the Internet, the Milford (Mass.)
